At Cinnamyst.com, we pride ourselves on offering bespoke, made-to-order apparel. Below is our policy for cancellations and alterations:

 

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.

  • Since each order is custom-produced, cancellations after production begins will incur a cancellation charge to cover materials and labor costs.

  • Once the production is completed, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • To cancel, contact us at kavyam@cinnamyst.com with your order details.

 

2. Refund Policy

  • Returns: Returns are not possible as all items are bespoke and tailored specifically for you.

  • Alterations:

    • If there are issues with the fit or customization, we offer necessary alterations to meet your requirements.

    • Alterations are subject to an assessment of the item, and additional charges may apply depending on the complexity.

 

3. How to Request Alterations

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at kavyam@cinnamyst.com with your order number and details of the required changes.

  • Include photos of the item if applicable to help us assess the issue.

  • Alteration timelines and costs will be communicated after our team reviews your request.
